Agreement to Terms
By hiring RapidCrew Dale City Tree Care for any tree service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before we begin any work on your property. If you have questions about these terms, give us a call at (571) 300-7573 and we'll be happy to explain anything.
Services Provided
We provide professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming throughout Dale City, VA and surrounding areas.
All work is performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols. We'll discuss the scope of work with you before starting and provide a written quote that outlines exactly what we'll do.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, we may require a deposit before starting work.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Emergency services may have different payment terms due to the urgent nature of the work.
Property Access and Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing safe access to the work area and pointing out any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards we should know about. We'll take care to protect your property during our work, but we need your help identifying anything that might be at risk.
Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items from the work area before we arrive. If you have pets, please keep them indoors or in a safe area away from where we'll be working.
Permits and Regulations
You're responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work on your property. We can help you figure out if permits are needed and assist with the application process, but the final responsibility lies with you as the property owner.
We follow all local, state, and federal regulations for tree care work. If we discover during our work that permits are required and haven't been obtained, we may need to stop until proper permits are in place.
Insurance and Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all our crew members. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden infrastructure that you didn't tell us about before we started work.
If we damage your property due to our negligence, we'll work with you and our insurance company to make it right. We're not liable for pre-existing damage or for consequences of work you specifically requested against our professional advice.
Debris and Cleanup
Complete cleanup is included in all our services unless you request otherwise. We'll remove all branches, logs, and debris from your property and leave your yard clean. If you want to keep any wood for firewood, just let us know before we start.
Stump grinding includes grinding the stump below ground level and removing the wood chips. We can spread the chips in your yard as mulch or haul them away, whichever you prefer.
Estimates and Final Costs
Our quotes are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. If we discover hidden issues or additional work is needed once we start, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. We won't do extra work without your approval.
Emergency services may require immediate action to protect your property. In these cases, we'll do what's necessary to make your property safe and discuss the full scope of work and costs as soon as the emergency is under control.
Weather and Scheduling
We'll do our best to arrive on the scheduled date, but severe weather or emergency calls may require us to reschedule. We'll contact you as soon as possible if we need to change your appointment.
Some tree work cannot be safely performed in certain weather conditions. If we arrive and determine that conditions are unsafe, we may need to reschedule for your safety and ours.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
